Grade 12 certificate with a minimum of 1-2 years in hospital environment. Knowledge of patients administration duties inline with UPFS manual, computer literacy, communication skills, knowledge of PAAB,ability to work under pressure, knowledge of customer care and willing to work shifts.


Register patients using PAAB system, effective and efficient implementation of patient administration duties. Safe guard of patients records. Complete and implement GPF 4 & 5, attend to patients queries, collect revenue as per hospital needs. Classify patients according to their category, collect files from the wards and discharge in system.
